Job Desc
-Responsible for training needs collection, analysis, training course planning, courses development & improvement andtraining effectiveness evaluation.
-Training program management, including program for new employees, management staff, sales staff, customer services staff etc.
-Deliver high quality training courses.
-Identify and develop effective learning solutions in align with business strategy and staff needs.
-Training procedure management, ensure training records/documents are filed and updated timely and accurately, and support in relative training logistical aspects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
More than 5 years working experience, over 2 years training delivery experiences and familiar with Office Software
Others Presentation skill, communication skill, good at logical thinking and creative problem solving
Good Command in written and spoken English,cet-4
